To join the Reddifund you will need to fill in a Contribution Agreement Form (click here). Unless you have an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement that specifies contribution levels you will need to decide whether to make standard or award redundancy contributions for your employees.

Then the relevant employees will need to complete an Employee Application Form.
