To join the Reddifund you will need to fill in a Contribution Agreement Form (click here). In the Form, please ensure you specify the rate(s) of contribution if you are joining an employee under an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA).

Thereafter each employee will need to complete an Employee Application Form.
