About ReddiFund

ReddiFund is a WA based redundancy fund, open to all employers operating within the building and construction industry to join and make provision for their employees in the unfortunate event of redundancy.

Formerly known as the WA Construction Industry Redundancy Fund (WACIRF), ReddiFund has been around for over 30 years. All profits generated by the Fund goes towards benefiting the building and construction industry. For example, we are major sponsor of Mates in Construction WA, which is a not-for-profit organisation that provide services to help prevent suicide. We do all this to support a productive, fair and robust WA building and construction industry that encourages loyalty from both employers and employees.
