ReddiFund supports the building and construction industry in W.A. by providing a fee-free employee redundancy entitlement service for employers to meet their legal obligation. We also offer various affordable insurance covers for those who are a member of the fund, and provide the much needed funding for MATES In Construction WA to enable them to continue their invaluable service to workers and their family within the building and construction industry so that help is available to them when they need it the most. ReddiFund gives back to the building and construction industry through various means including supporting industry training initiatives to help develop skilled workers and upcoming apprentices.
